What a beautiful day ! I have been sitting here with Oreo wrapped round my neck on the back of the chair as we watch the birds .At times there have been 4 big bluejays in the feeder box all at one time and no fighting. Mr. Squeaky Squirrel is in the wicker basket munching happily away on seeds and the chickadees,finches and nuthatch flock to the window feeders. The leaves glisten gorgeous in the brilliance of the sun.With the sun still shining strongly I don't need any heat on at all in the cottage.
Amy left not all that long ago to head home to finish some assignments on her own computer as she had done all she could here with mine.It was nice having her here as we chatted in between her work . Eleanor arrived for tea and brought lunch so that was nice .It's going to be good to have the little deli opened at Four Corners as we're not left with many places to grab coffee and a wee bite during the winter months. I hope many will give these new folk business as they provide a great service for us locals and passerbyers .
Well ,I just went out on a big limb for me anyway ,and gave a number of how many of my books I wanted printed. I didn't want to get too bigminded and have scads left sitting in a box ,but then I didn't want to run out either in case my book is more popular than I expected it to be. What to do ! What to do !But I did ,so the presses have started and off my book will roll over the next few days. Scary but very exciting ! And my next one is already in my head waiting to take flight.
