Many of us hadn't carved a jack o'lantern for eons and had forgotten how slimy that goop is that you handscoop out of the shell. Then there's the picking the seeds out of the slimy goop to put on the roasting tray for the oven. Dr. Oz says that pumpkin seeds are a belly blaster. We did four trays full. Thankfully there were no injuries ,no stitches required .And what a variety of pumpkin faces. If anyone has facebook you will most likely see them all there glowing on the coffeetable . Ten glowing faces in the dark. It was indeed alot of fun playing together just like kids ,wanting to see what everyone else was doing and some trying to hide their masterpieces so others wouldn't copy. What a bunch !!! A great way to pass an autumn evening .
